This $200 fee covers the retreat room, shared snacks, water, and some general crafting supplies. The cost is based on 15 people in attendance. If more people reserve a spot (yay!), you will receive a refund after we have a final count. We will have a final count after September 12 (this is the LAST day one can reserve a spot). After that time, the final count will be "locked in" and refunds will be issued.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE? WHEN SHOULD I LEAVE?

Because your table/seat will be available to only you for the entire duration of the retreat, the price is the same no matter when you arrive to the hotel or when you leave. So please take advantage of this time! We'd love to see you for as long as possible. Many out-of-town retreat friends arrive the night before on Wednesday, so that is an option as well. However, the retreat room will not be available until the morning of Thursday, October 13.

WHAT ABOUT COVID? WILL I BE SAFE AT THE RETREAT?

There is always a risk of exposure to Covid when gathering in groups. While we are not requiring it, we encourage all attendees to take a quick Covid test the day before traveling to the retreat. Just for peace of mind. An at-home test will suffice. While this won't completely stop the spread of Covid, we hope it will make all the hugging as close to worry-free as possible. Because we want to hug you!!

There will also be hand sanitizer for you to use regularly in the retreat room (your fee will be covering the cost of this), and any are welcome to wear a face covering if they wish to.

Please be as safe and careful as possible in the days leading up to the retreat. We want you to arrive healthy and ready for any shenanigans that might arise. :)

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RESERVE A SPOT AND HAVE TO CANCEL?

We will miss you! But we understand that things happen. If possible, please let Jana know as soon as possible that you will not be attending. You can send her an email at janamillen@gmail.com. If you cancel before September 12, 2022, you will receive a full refund. Any cancellations after that date will be dealt with on an individual basis.
